Taxi stand right outside arrivals. Open our taxi card for your destination and show it to the driver.

택시 승강장

Arriving by KTX at Busan Station

Subway Line 1 runs from Busan Station to Nampo-dong and Seomyeon. For Haeundae, change to Line 2 at Seomyeon.

By ferry from Japan

Busan Port International Passenger Terminal

Ferries from Fukuoka, Shimonoseki and Osaka arrive at this terminal next to Busan Station. Subway Line 1's nearest station is Choryang (Busan Port International Passenger Terminal).

부산항국제여객터미널

Walk to Busan Station

A covered skywalk with moving walkways links the terminal to Busan Station through the waterfront park (open about 7:00–21:00). From the station: KTX, Line 1 to Nampo-dong and Seomyeon, or a taxi.

Transit card

Buy at a convenience store

CU, GS25 and 7-Eleven sell transit cards (T-money / Cashbee). One card works on Busan subway, buses and in other Korean cities.

교통카드 주세요

Top up with cash

Recharge at the store counter or the machines in subway stations — usually cash only.

충전해 주세요

Tap when you get off the bus

Tapping out is how transfers between bus and subway become free or discounted.

Visit Busan Pass

A tourist pass bundling attraction entries; worth it if you plan several paid attractions.

Data & apps

Mobile data

Set up an eSIM before you fly or pick up a SIM at the airport. Which one fits depends on how long you stay.
